Customized appearance

The Vandalproof Prefab House is constructed with EPS sandwich panels that are 75mm thick (compared to the 50mm thick sandwich panels of the peer group Expanding Container House). The interior boasts luxurious white ceilings, composite eco-material floor leather.

Galvanized Steel Frame

The house is made of 2.5 mm galvanized steel square tubes with 2*5 square tubes at the top and 9 square tubes at the bottom; the frame is painted in white for a beautiful color; the wall panels are made of EPS material inside and metal engraved panels on the outside of the wall panels, and the thickness of the sandwich panels is 75 mm.

Internal fittings

The wall panels are made of EPS foam or polyurethane panels, the floor is made of structural panels and plastic flooring, the number and position of the doors and windows of the house are accepted to be customized, the doors are made of steel, and the windows are made of plastic steel windows. Standard house houses are equipped with lighting, sockets, switches, distribution cabinets, air switches and CEE industrial plugs.

Internal restrooms

The interior has a wet and dry bathroom containing a sink, a mirror, a flush toilet and a shower.
